Brett did our walk through and he was very thorough. The info he gave us came in very handy during our set up. And of course our sales person Darren was superb!

Dexter Campbell and Larry Ortman were very helpful. Dexter was very interested in helping us to find the right R.V. for our family. He is an exceptional salesperson. Dexter\'s laid back, friendly and helpful personality was refreshing to find in a saleperson. We appreciated Larry coming to our home to view our previous R.V. He was freindly and knowledgeable. We were satisfied with the price we received for our previous unit. Mitch was exceptional. He was knowledgeable and appeared to really enjoy his job. Last fall we purchased our second 5th wheel from Village RV. Our salesman, Jacques, went above and beyond both during the purchase process, delivery and beyond. Every detail was looked after making this a very pleasant experience. All the staff at Village are eager to help and most pleasant to deal with. We did shop around, but we always knew we\'d come back to Village. It\'s the service that keeps us coming back. You can buy a trailer anywhere, but you can\'t put a price on terrific service. Our salesman was Larry. He was excellent, explained everthing to us, No pressure sales, gave us time to think about our purchase and explained/answered all our questions and more. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Kozy did our financing and we were very impressed with all the paperwork.Don took us through our show thru. He was awesome. This is our first trailer and we weren\\\'t sure about a lot of things, when we were finished our tour we felt very comfortable. Don explained everything and we were very inpressed. He was very friendly and took his time to make sure we were very comfortable with all the information-re: lighting stove,awning,winterizing etc.\\\"Overall\\\" our experience at Village RV is #1. Ken was extremely helpful as it was our first trailer purchase. He took the time to really explain everything and was very knowledgable.Very good first time buying experience.Don was excellent in giving the show thru and really took the time to explain everything. He helped me to get the equalizer hitch set up with very little notice and never once rushed us, As far as I\'m concerned he is a real credit to the company. Kozy was great as well in getting the trailer paid for and overall we would definitely make our next purchase at Village RV and certainly recommend it to any of our friends.

We have enjoyed camping for many years. This spring, when we decided to upgrade, we purchased a new trailer from Village RV. We chose Village because of its good reputation and were not disappointed. The whole buying experience was very positive and we were always treated in a professional and courteous manner by all the staff. This fall a situation arose and we were able to experience first-hand why Village RV has such a great reputation. Right from the beginning, Darren (owner) dealt with the situation in an open and honest way with us and made sure we were happy with the result. Village RV definitely is a first-class operation.
