Larry and John were very accomodating in the sales department. Jill is very efficient in the business office. Ken was extremely helpful as it was our first trailer purchase. He took the time to really explain everything and was very knowledgable.Very good first time buying experience.Don was excellent in giving the show thru and really took the time to explain everything. He helped me to get the equalizer hitch set up with very little notice and never once rushed us, As far as I\'m concerned he is a real credit to the company. We have enjoyed camping for many years. This spring, when we decided to upgrade, we purchased a new trailer from Village RV. We chose Village because of its good reputation and were not disappointed.
